Other MC Readers

DexDrive

A DexDrive is a commercial version of a MemoryCard reader.
You should be able to buy one in your favourite Game Shop.
Attention: It's coming with a 9 pin serial plug (it's a PC hardware), so you may require an adapter to connect it with a 25 pin serial port.
The driver included in the MCControl archive is shareware and only able to read MemoryCards!
This is done, because the author spend a lot of time to debug the protocol and he was forced to buy a DexDrive. If you want a full version send him 10DM and you'll get the full working driver. That's not very much!

PSXPort

PSXPort is a hardware developed by Joseph Fenton!
This hardware allows you to use Playstation hardware on your Amiga.
So you're able to play your Amiga games with a PSX controller.
If you want to use MemoryCards you'll also require a MultiTap, because the PSXPort comes with a controller port.

ShineR Project

ShineR Project is a hardware created by Dimitry Shishkin.
Technicaly this hardware works like a DexDrive, because a processor handles the communication between MemoryCard and Amiga. For more information take a look into this archive.
