| A beta version is not a final version! (hehe, you can guess that, can't you? ;) Neither the author of MCControl nor the webmaster are liable for injures or data loss caused by MCControl. Use it at your own responsability! You have to know that beta versions are usually not as stable as final versions, too. You should keep a copy your old version of MCControl in an other directory instead of overwriting it with the beta... |

Installation of beta version |
| First you must have the lastest public release installed on your hard disk, if it isn't the case, please download it and install it!
You should make a backup copy of all the old files in an another directory. Now you can unpack the archive to RAM: ('lzx x mccontrol.lha ram:') or any other temporary directory, a new drawer called 'MCControl' should be created inside. Then copy the unpacked drawer's content to your MCControl drawer (if asked, choose the 'overwrite file' option). That's all. |
